We have seen so many objections, and we are thankful for your support!  Thank you to the many who responded and wrote an objection letter to CSET the Secretary of State for Transport. This will make an impact.

Better Busway’s solicitors have also submitted a robust document to the Secretary of State for Transport which you can read below.

This is a technical and well substantiated response and on reading it through, the case it makes is  compelling. So much so that we hope many more will now be inclined to support financially the highly competent and professional team that will present your and our case at the Public Inquiry.

 You will have received back a letter back from the Dept of Transport which asks you to advise, within 2 weeks of the date of the letter if you want to speak at the Public Inquiry.

 Would you be happy to delegate responsibility for making representations at the public inquiry to BW4B?  The Inspector will appreciate us corralling as many individuals as possible.  Would you please write back to Department of Transport advising that BW4B will represent you? 

 These letters are now all matters of public record, including BW4B’s letter of objection, and will appear on the government website. We will now be putting on the BW4B website a high-level reference to all objections with the BW4B objection being highly profiled. 

 The benefits of this are:

1.  For the BW4B supporters and donors to show where their money was spent.
2.  To show the level of detail and quality of the BW4B objection letter - 
3.  To allow everyone to have access to the full range of opinions and objections.
